Eligibility Criteria.
To be entered into the “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway”, you must:
- Follow the City Finance Facebook page, and
- Like and share the City Finance 12 Days of Christmas Facebook post/s to your Facebook page.
If at any time City Finance is of the opinion that the entrant has provided false details or otherwise entered this offer fraudulently, City Finance has absolute discretion to refuse the offer and has no obligation to provide reasons to the customer for its decision.

Conditions of Entry.
The campaign commences at 9am AEST on 28 November 2018 and concludes 4pm AEST on 20 December 2018, with 12 consecutive daily prize draws commencing 5 December 2018 and concluding on 20 December 2018.
Entry Exclusions.
Entry is not open to the following:
- Non-Australian residents
- Customers under the age of 18
- City Finance directors, management, employees or their immediate family
- Franchisees, employees or their immediate family

Start and End Dates.
The competition will commence on 9am AEST on 28 November 2018 and concludes 4pm AEST on 20 December 2018.
Prizes will be drawn on 12 consecutive days commencing 5 December 2018 and concluding on 20 December at 4pm at City Finance Support Office – 1, 88 Brandl Street, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, 4113, Australia.
The prize winners will be randomly chosen from a database computer programme. They will be notified by telephone and email. In the event that the prize winner cannot be contacted after 2 days from the date of the draw, another entrant will be randomly drawn until such time as the winner has been contacted.

City Finance assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of any online offer applications, Facebook private messenger or email communications.
