City Finance has been supporting Australians for over 30 years. We provide loans to our customers when they need to cover unexpected costs or seize an opportunity.
We were founded in 1993 with a single branch on the Gold Coast. We grew to operate over 100 branches nationwide, but now operate via our website and phone.
Our head office is based in Eight Mile Plains in Brisbane. We are 100% Australian owned.
Who Are Our Customers?
Our customers live all over Australia and have a range of financial circumstances. They all have a regular income, either from wages, Centrelink, or both. We focus on understanding the financial situation of each applicant rather than just their credit score. Our customers use our loans to help with a wide range of expenses, like car repairs and registration, furniture and appliances, rental bonds, medical costs and more.
Our Process
Our Application Process is Simple and Secure
Our application process is designed to be simple and secure. To complete the application, you will need to provide us with some details about yourself and how much you are looking to borrow. To comply with Australian lending regulations, we will also ask you to provide some identification details (such as a drivers licence or passport number). You will then securely verify your bank account details so that we can perform the required bank statement analysis procedures. You can expect to receive an answer in 3-4 business hours, and receive a payment into your bank account within minutes of you signing the contract.
